Millennium Square is Leeds’ award winning city centre outdoor public space and live entertainment venue. Built as Leeds’ flagship project to mark the year 2000 the £12m scheme funded by us and the Millennium Commission successfully transformed the old Mandela Gardens at the front of the Civic Hall into one of Europe’s most innovative multi-purpose city centre spaces.
