The Bronze Horseman overlooks the Neza river. This monument to Peter the Great has stood here since its unveiling in 1783. The statue is located in the Senate Square |
Located in the centre of St Petersburg. Alexander Park was named after Alexander II. The garden has gone through several wars and has been relaid on several occasions the last of which in the 1920s |
The Anichkov Bridge crosses the Fontanka River. its four famous horse sculptures guard each end and it is spectacularly decorated, it als has some beautifull ornate iron railings. |
